Visit Scotland have awarded Isla Cottage "Taste our Best" for businesses who are passionate about delivering a quality eating experience. Homemade preserves and locally sourced products are used whenever possible including fruit from the garden, nectarines from the greenhouse and Castle Douglas peaches - yes they can even be grown in Dumfries & Galloway. We use and advertise our local suppliers including Award winning Butchers.
Please let us know in advance of any dietary requests and we shall try to accommodate where we can.
Breakfast time is staggered to suit those who prefer to dine on their own.
